By accessing or using Screencial, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Screencial is a web application that offers two service plans:

  • A free plan with basic functionality
  • A premium plan with advanced features and additional benefits

3. Plans and Features

3.1 Free Plan Features

  • Basic templates
  • Limited customization options
  • Standard resolution screenshots
  • 3 screenshots per day

3.2 Premium Plan Features

  • Premium templates
  • Advanced customization options
  • High-resolution screenshots
  • Unlimited screenshots
  • No watermarks
  • Priority support with guaranteed response within 48 hours

3.3 Subscriptions

  • Users must create an account to subscribe to the premium plan
  • Payment options include monthly and yearly subscriptions
  • Subscribers can cancel their premium plan at any time
  • Cancellation can be completed through the account management section

3.4 Account Management

  • Users can delete their account at any time
  • All active subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

4. User Rights and Responsibilities

4.1 User Conduct

Users must not use Screencial to create content that is:

  • Illegal
  • Offensive
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Harmful to others
  • Designed to deliberately spread misinformation or fake news
  • Intended to mislead or manipulate public opinion
  • Falsely representing statements, events, or information as factual

4.2 Misinformation Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from generating screenshots that:

  • Fabricate news stories
  • Misrepresent historical or current events
  • Impersonate legitimate news sources
  • Create deceptive social media content intended to deceive viewers

4.3 Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their original content used in screenshot generation. Screencial claims no ownership of user-generated screenshots.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Cookies

Screencial uses cookies to cache browser state and customization settings. Cached data is temporary and automatically resets after 24 hours.

5.2 Image Handling

No images are permanently stored by Screencial. Generated screenshots are delivered directly to users via download and are not retained by the service.

6. Intellectual Property

Screencial's underlying technology and design are proprietary. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

Screencial is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

7.2 Disclaimer

Screencial is not responsible for:

  • User content
  • Third-party integrations
  • Consequences of screenshot usage

8. Modifications to Terms

Screencial may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
